| Employment – Black People need to employ ourselves in our skills, talents, and intelligence (education). We must support and strengthen existing Black Businesses. We need to set up the “Black People Collective Business” in each and every area that deals with our skills, talents, and intelligence (education). Therefore in doing so, we will create another option for employment of our people and youths, especially those graduation from colleges and universities. |

| CBPM Compensation Levels |
| 1. General Member a. No Compensation 2. CBPM Membership Agent a. $97.20 Compensation each year - Obtains 10 new CBPM members b. Additional Compensation based on additional (more info) new members obtained to CBPM. 3. Department Coordinator a. $243.00 Compensation each year - Obtains 25 new CBPM members b. Additional Compensation based on additional new members obtained to CBPM. c. 1% compensation of the membership dues of the members in your department. 4. City Coordinator a. $388.80 Compensation each year - Obtains 40 new CBPM members b. Additional Compensation based on additional new members obtained to CBPM. c. 1% compensation of the membership dues in your city region. 5. State Coordinator a. $729.00 Compensation each year - Obtains 75 new CBPM members b. Additional Compensation based on additional new members obtained to CBPM. c. 1% compensation of the membership dues in your state region. 6. National Coordinator a. $1,458.00 Compensation each year - Obtains 150 new CBPM members b. Additional Compensation based on additional new members obtained to CBPM. c. 1% compensation of the membership dues in your national region. 7. International Coordinator a. $2,916.00 Compensation each year - Obtains 300 new CBPM members b. Additional Compensation based on additional new members obtained to CBPM. c. 1% compensation of the membership dues in your international region. Note: All above compensation amounts are based only on obtaining Individual members to CBPM. Your actual compensation generally will be more based on the type of CBPM members you obtain and the math. Their will be no compensation without your new member paying their membership dues. |
