International Expatriate Movement (IEM) – Every
race on the planet have an Expatriate Program in
which each country protects their citizens where
ever they go (dual citizenship).

December 27th, 2009, the UNIA-ACL Government
will start issue citizenship to the Government for
our people.  This ribbon cutting ceremony will take
place in Washington DC and a representation of
Atlanta Division 421 must be present.

An Expatriate is an individual who is not living in
his country of origin but is known as an Expatriate.
As an Expatriate, he maintains dual citizenship of
the country he is from and the one he resides in.
An Expatriate is seen as an asset to the country
where he is from.  An Expatriate defends, promote,
and represent his land of origin.

The International Expatriate Movement (IEM) is in
the full swing in which the marriage of UNIA-ACL
Citizenship and the diplomatic negotiations being
done now with the Parent Body of the Government
of the UNIA-ACL and each leader of the different
African countries.  Marcus Garvey taught that man
was a sovereign Lord.
