  MEMBERSHIP FORM

The U-NIA Universal Health Cooperative has been
formed to serve the needs and interest of our people
around the world. The U-NIA Universal Health
Cooperative will work to provide quality health and
wellness products and other eco friendly goods and
services at reasonable prices. The cooperative will
provide a distribution and marketing program to provide
practical ways and means for its members to become
distributors of products and services to families , friends
and the general community. This is a membership based
cooperative working in support of the teachings of the
Hon. Marcus Mosiah Garvey and the Universal Negro
Improvement Association-African Communities League
and its major focus is self reliance and economic
empowerment for our global African Community as a
whole.
