CBPM Online Web Page Form

All CBPM Members get a Web Page at the CBPM website. Membership rates are 27 cents a day or $8.10 each month.

1. You may place pictures, videos, information, Buy now buttons, links to other sites and more on your page. Be creative.
2. All information placed on web page must be submitted through this form. Pictures are to be email to engineering@cbpm.org
3. You are able to change the information on your web page by sending an email with your changes, additions, or deletions
to engineering@cbpm.org. Keep your web page up to date with the times.
4. Send to the CBPM jpeg flyers of events you would like to be placed on your web page and the CBPM website.

Write your web page address following the forward slash. You must use all lower case letters
and no space in-between letters. Your web page address should be as short as possible and
simple for someone to enter. Example: www.cbpm.org/kemwear

2. Title of Web Page: Your title will appear at the top of your browser when you view this page, and
may become a search engine’s link to your page.

3. Web Page Description: Your description could be your mission statement or it should accurately
reflect the content of your page and information relevant to your page. Maximum 256 characters.

4. Keywords: List keywords related to your page, separated by commas. Your keywords
should relate to your page content. Maximum 256 characters.
