How to write the Goals & Responsibilities
for the CBPM Departments
In writing the goals and responsibilities for each
department of the Collective People Movement (CBPM),
the CBPM Administration Department and CBPM
Department Coordinators must keep in mind the following:
.
Everything Black
(African) People are
doing must be
integrated into one body
for the benefit of all our
people.  The integration
process must
strengthen, support,
and promote each and
everyone that makes up
this body of our people.
CBPM Departments
The Collective Black
People Movement
(CBPM) is gathering,
documenting, and
organizing our people
based on our people's
Skills, Talents, and
Intelligence
(Education).
In this way we will be
able to unite our
people across black
Individuals, families,

Topic: Building the CBPM 50 Departments, Part II
UNIA-ACL
Global Government
a)     Black people are doing the works all the 50 departments of the
Collective Black People Movement already, so there is no need to re-
invent “the wheel”.

b)  The CBPM seeks to strengthen “the wheel”, what our people are
doing, so that Black People functions most efficiently amongst each
other.

c)     The CBPM is writing the goals and the responsibilities of each
department with the focus of pulling together the whole Black (African)
Race, in that specific department of our people’s skills, talents, and
intelligence (education).

d)     The CBPM has to design into the writing of the Goals and
Responsibilities of each specific department of our people’s skills,
talents, and intelligence (education) the most efficient way to bring all
Black individuals, families, businesses, organizations, spiritualities, and
institutions that are involve in this area together.

e)      The CBPM has to integrate the principles of our creator (one love
for our people and humanity) as a guide in righteousness for writing
each specific department’s goals and responsibilities of our people’s
skills, talents, and intelligence (education).

f)  The CBPM has to use the principles of our great ancestors and our
elders as a guide in writing the goals and responsibilities of each
department of our people’s skills, talent, and intelligence (education).

g)   The CBPM has to use the principles of Kwanzaa, the Inguza Soba,
in writing the goal and responsibilities of each department of our people’
s skills, talents, and intelligence (education) as a guide because of its
collective characteristics for our people.

h)   The CBPM has to design the goals and responsibilities of each
department to ensure that we are using the best practices in that
specific department of our people’s skills, talents, and intelligence
(education).  Therefore no department’s goals and responsibilities are
complete until the African experts give input to them in their specific
area of expertise.

i)      The CBPM has to ensure that all Black, individuals, families,
business, organizations, spiritualities and institutions function most
efficiently between each other to minimize the amount of funds leaving
the Black community and maximize the financial returns to our people.

j)      There must be documentation (applying of the CBPM’s mission) in
all departments of our people’s skills, talents, intelligence (education).

k)        Each department must have clear responsibilities that clearly
define the works that has to be done in that specific department of our
peoples.
