| Growing your aloe Vera plant Why grow your own? Easy to grow at home, in doors. Fairly inexpensive. Low Maintenence. Easier than purchasing a new leaf every time you need to use it. Relieve stress by naming and taking care of your plant, as your plant takes care of you. Can start using right away (but do not use all of your leaves or the plant will die) Good house plant Avoid overwatering, as these are desert plants which were designed to self sustain with little water. Don't need to be watered often. Water every few days, allowing the soil to dry up a few inches before the next watering. Can thrive in low sunlight or artificial light. (I recommend sunlight) Will dry up outside in constant direct sing light. Talk to them often and let them know you care for them. The CO2 you provide will be beneficial in your plant growth. |
