| Some would call me a mental health advocate, I consider myself a world changer and desire for every little girl of color to feel empowered to make changes; mentally, physically, and spiritually. Mentoring is a unique dynamic relationship between mentee and mentor, whether you need assistance with self-confidence, developing new coping skills, or resources to outside Mental Health providersIm here to help! I have over 5 years of experience working with youth and adults. I received my undergrad in Psychology: Human Development & Counseling in 2015, Masters of Arts in Crises Counseling in 2016, and I am currently working on my EDS: School Counseling Degree at Hampton University.
