| The Haile Selassie Pan-African Association, HSPAA, was founded in Atlanta, Ga, on July 23, 2015. The association's mission is to unite ALL people of African descent in the same manner as the works of Emperor Haile Selassie I, and the formation of The Organization of African unity (OAU), as well as the Honorable Marcus Garvey and the formation of The United Negro Improvement Assocaition (UNIA). |
