| In 2007, President Bush, Dick Cheney, and Donald Rumsfeld started AFRICOM. AFRICOM is short for Africa Command. The main purpose is for America to secure it's national interests to recolonize Africa and retain Africa's resources. Congressional Hearings took place with great resistance along with the African Union and ALL African nations. |
